MEET THE HODGES HOME TEAM

Hi, we are the Hodges Home Team. Our team consists of myself, Scott, and my wife, Felecia. Our names are two of the most recognizable in the Charleston real estate market. With over 14 years of combined real estate experience, it is tough to find agents who have been through it all as we have.

Felecia, a Charleston native whose family dates back to the 1700's, is our Team Leader. She wears many hats! She manages our team of Buyer Agents, coordinates our closings, and handles all aspects of our listings and sales. Before we married, she was a paralegal for one of downtown Charleston's most prominent real estate attorneys. This past experience of closing hundreds (if not thousands) of real estate transactions has been a huge asset in assisting our clients. Besides being a great mother to 2 wonderful children, she is pursuing her MBA from The Citadel.

I am originally from Georgia, but like most people who visit Charleston, I decided to make it my home in 1996. Before I got into the real estate and auction business, I was in the broadcast television industry. My first year in real estate, I was named "ROOKIE of the YEAR" by the #1 Real Estate Company in the CTAR MLS.

And most recently, our biggest achievement together has been the birth of our little girl, Lacey, on December 11, 2007.
